Rates

We've kept the pricing very simple by having just two seasons. Prices are for the apartment and linen and towels are provided.

** A locally paid cleaning charge of €50 is required after all stays.

Payments

Payment can be made via credit car, debit card, PayPal account and cheque. Once the apartment availability has been confirmed we will send you an invoice which contains a link to make a secure payment. Alternatively we will give you details on where to send the cheque.

Booking

A 25% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before your stay begins.

A security deposit of £150.00 is required for all stays and is payable with the balance. If no breakages are found or excess cleaning required after your stay it will be refunded in full within 7 days.

Cancellation

Please note the following cancellation policy applies.

Prior to balance being paid	up to full deposit charged
Between balance payment and 4 weeks before arrival	up to 50% charged
Between 4 weeks and arrival	up to 100% charged
