Having just returned from a wonderful week at HRGR we have some good news on the road system. The anticipated road from the AP-7 to HRGR, RM-1, is now completed to the HRGR turn. It has reduced the journey time to San Javier airport to less than 20 minutes and to Alicante to just over an hour.
The route to HRGR is still a little esoteric (unless you use the unfinished, unmarked road :-) ) but all in all it really has improved the journey to and from HRGR.
Our advice is to exit RM-1 at junction 13, follow the signs into Sucina and take the right hand turn to HRGR just before the garage.
